An update from The Dominion Post has confirmed that Peter Jackson's Weta Workshop in New Zealand will design the costumes for Justice League. Weta Workshop specializes in physical effects such as costumes, props, models and movie sets, and Weta Digital does computer-generated visual effects. At the moment, the only confirmation is that Weta Workshop will be developing the costumes and that Weta Digital is NOT necessarily involved with the CGI.Source: FirstShowing
